Registration
Once your application has been accepted, your next step is to register at the university. The registration (Einschreibung or Immatrikulation) at the university will take place after your arrival in Germany. You should be at the university for the start of classes.
In order to register you must fill out the form "Antrag auf Einschreibung" and submit it along with other documents to the university administration.
Degree-seeking students will be sent this form together with their letter of acceptance (Zulassungsbescheid).
Exchange students will receive the form on arrival at the University, either from the International Office or from the coordinator in their individual school, who are also available to answer any questions.
